Refund and Cancel Policy

At Clean Harvest, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

  • Perishable, customized, or clearance items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are perishable (e.g., fresh foods)

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@cleanharvest.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was delivered, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with a photo attached. We will offer a free replacement or full refund based on the issue.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • If you need to cancel your order, email us at support@cleanharvest.com with your order ID as soon as possible.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Automatic Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • There is a pricing or technical error

  • The payment is unsuccessful or flagged as suspicious

If an order is cancelled from our end, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund.
