1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver only within:
- Coimbatore city and surrounding areas
- Tamil Nadu (select PIN codes only)
Please check availability at checkout using your delivery PIN code. Orders placed outside our delivery area will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
2. Delivery Timeline
- All orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and local courier service conditions.
- You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Charges
A standard delivery fee of ₹50 applies.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery Partners
- We work with trusted local courier partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
- For deliveries within Coimbatore, we may offer same-day or next-day service on select products (subject to availability and location).
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us with your order ID at support@cleanharvest.com. We will promptly investigate the issue.
7. Missed Deliveries
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you or retry delivery the next business day.
- Orders that remain undelivered after multiple attempts may be cancelled and returned.
